In Thurrock there are a variety of groups and organisations that deliver services to residents,  ranging from the Council, Essex Police, Thames Gateway Development corporation, NHS SWE to Voluntary and Community based organisations such as the Citizens Advice Bureau.

The Shaping Thurrock LSP is the place where these organisations come together to deliver these services in partnership to find more efficient ways of working. This partnership is made up from senior members of these groups and together they make the big strategic decisions about Thurrock. There are then delivery groups under this main board which are given specific tasks.
